Hidden away on the Greetham Valley golf estate is Mill Cottage, a lovely converted barn comfortably sleeping 5 guests + baby in 3 bedrooms. This detached cottage has a cosy lounge with woodburner and a separate dining room. The fully equipped kitchen and utility have everything required for a comfortable self-catering holiday.
Upstairs is a bathroom with a shower over the bath, wc & wash basin, downstairs is a further wc and a cloakroom. The cottage benefits from oil-fired central heating. The garden is semi-enclosed and enjoys a lawned area with orchard trees, garden furniture and gravel standing for up to 3 cars. North Brook runs through the grounds (unfenced - care with young children).
Up to two well behaved dogs are welcome to bring their owners to Mill Cottage (additional £25 per dog applies). The location of Mill Cottage is a haven for wildlife - deer, badgers, rabbits, foxes and myriads of birds!

Top floor (of 3) is ideal for families. It comprises a twin bedded, and a double room, which are connected, and a single next door, with a large family bathroom. There is also a cot. Preferably a 2 night stay. The Old Rectory was used in the BBC film of Pride & Prejudice and is a Georgian house, with central heating, double glazed or shuttered windows and log fires. It is set in a quiet village 10 minutes from A1.
