The building is dated 1760 and was stables for the Old Tower Hotel (now the museum and Tourist Information Centre),it was then converted into accommodation for the workers of the textile industry. Bridge House is ideally situated for hill walking, fishing and golfing around the Borders. The award winning Wilton park is only 5 minutes walking distance.
