Crater Lake National Park is one of the USA’s more popular national parks and the only one in the state of Oregon. It’s in the Cascade Mountains and is focused around Crater Lake, the deepest lake in the United States. If you enjoy the outdoor life you should also head to Oregon’s highest mountain, Mount Hood. There are plenty of hiking trails here and scenic lakes to see, while in the winter you can go skiing and snowboarding. These winter sports are also available at Mount Bachelor, as is hiking and other outdoor pursuits.
