All have self-catering facilities allowing you to enjoy your own home cooking and the freedom to come and go as you please. Rental periods start from just three days and can last as long as you please.

Our family suite is called “The West Wing” it consists of, a double bed, a single bed and 2 camp beds. This room is en-suite with a large bath and power shower.
The suite has a private door to the upstairs lounge/Games Room – ideal for children, and parents to relax and keep an ear open once their kids are asleep. Price includes breakfast.

Our family room has a (kingsize) double bed, two single beds and space for either a put-you-up bed or a cot. Our dinner, bed & breakfast packages are excellent value (earlier high teas available for younger children). You can escape from everyday life altogether: we’re TV-free and most mobile phones don’t work up here in Exmoor’s highest village. There’s a lovely guest sitting room with plenty of books, games and maps (and log fires in winter). You’ll also find our honesty bar in here – and we’ve an interesting wine list. All this and we’re environmentally friendly too (Green Tourism Silver Award & Best Performer 2008).

We have a self locking corridor which contains two rooms which are also self lockable. One room is a single with a double bed in it, and the other is a double with a bedroom and lounge which can have two futons and a z bed or cot put in there. So we could cater for families up to seven.

Our Langford Suite sleeps 6 and consists of a Super King Size Bed & Two Double bed settees. There is also room for a travel cot.
