I am shocked at the amount of failed messages I am receiving from Hotels & Guesthouses. For every ten I email I get about 2 back that are not valid anymore. Can you imagine how much business they are missing out on? Particularly from foreign guests who need to use email as calling the hotel can be quite costly and daunting, particularly for non native speakers. Email is a fundemental part of everyday life and is more favourable than the traditional snail mail so come on Hotel/Guesthouse owners get your finger out and check your email addresses are valid!!
